Once you buy a ticket to this event, you must claim it according to the timeslot on the ticket. 

Attendees will not be allowed to enter in a different timeslot.

PENGUIN HELPERS CAN ONLY BE BOUGHT FROM THE TICKETING HUT NEXT TO THE ICE RINK. THESE ARE AT A COST OF €3 AND ARE SERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

PENGUIN HELPERS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED FOR CHILDREN AGED 12 AND UNDER.

Please note that tickets for today can only be purchased from Valletta on site. The slots for 6pm onwards are sold out. kindly come earlier to avoid dissapointment .

Attendees without a ticket will not be allowed inside the premises. They are only allowed in the viewing area which is located outside.
